Built for European workloads

Three patterns we see most in Europe. The full industry list is on the solutions pages.

SaaS and software vendors

JS and CSS bundles, fonts, app assets, installers and update manifests, cached close to users from Lisbon to Helsinki.

Media and publishing

Article images, galleries and short clips. Traffic spikes around a story are absorbed at the edge, not by your origin.

E-commerce and marketplaces

Product photos, thumbnails and category banners at low latency across every EU market, with instant purge when a catalogue changes.

Reliability is a mechanism, not a number

Four failures that happen to every CDN. Here is what ours does in each one.

An edge node goes down

BGP withdraws the route and the next node answers the same IP. No DNS change, no TTL to wait out.

Your origin is unreachable

Cached objects keep serving. On paths you mark, stale content goes out while we revalidate in the background.

Ten thousand people hit a cold file at once

Concurrent misses collapse into one origin fetch. Your server answers once, the edge fans it out to everyone else.

You want us as a second CDN

Run BlazingCDN as backup behind your DNS. Failover takes about 60 seconds, and you keep your current CDN running.

GDPR, data residency and EU invoicing

Three questions European legal and finance teams ask before signing, answered as product facts.

How a CDN fits GDPR

A CDN caches and serves your static objects: your company decides what is delivered, and the CDN follows those instructions. You stay the controller of that traffic and we act as the processor. For your own account data, registration, billing and support, we are the controller under our own Privacy Policy. The roles, the data categories and the legal breakdown are on the CDN GDPR page.

When data must stay in the EU

Where residency is a hard requirement, GDPR Cache Servers keep cached content in the chosen jurisdiction on dedicated nodes. Cached content, logs and support access stay inside the EU, written into the agreement with the data centres named before the build, and content does not fail over to a node outside the agreed region. A dedicated build, quoted per project.

Invoiced from the EU

The contract and every invoice come from ADVANCED ADMINISTRATIONS Sp. z o.o., our headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, trading as BlazingCDN. For an EU finance team that means an EU supplier on the vendor list, an agreement governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, and charges quoted net of VAT, applied under EU rules for your country. No non-EU vendor to onboard, no separate entity to sign with.

One rate in every region

Most CDNs bill Europe, Asia and North America at different rates, so the same traffic costs a different amount depending on where your users are. BlazingCDN keeps one progressive rate everywhere: $5/TB down to $2.50/TB as volume grows. No regional multipliers, no request fees, no per-feature fees.

What 100 TB a month costs

Progressive tiers work like tax brackets: each rate applies only to the traffic inside its range. Requests, HTTPS, custom domains and origin shield are included, and the rate is the same in Europe, Asia and America.

Questions about CDN in Europe

Is CDN pricing different for European traffic?

No. BlazingCDN bills one progressive rate in every region: $5/TB down to $2.50/TB as monthly volume grows. Traffic served in Europe costs the same as traffic in the US or Asia.

What latency should we expect in Europe?

27 ms average latency and 1.12 Gb/s average download speed, measured across European nodes in June 2026. Numbers vary with the local network, so run the 100 MB test file from the table above for your own measurement.

Is BlazingCDN GDPR compliant?

Yes. Your company remains the data controller and the CDN processes cached objects under your instructions. The full breakdown of roles, data categories and EU-only storage options is on the CDN GDPR page.

Can cached data stay in the EU only?

Yes, with GDPR Cache Servers: dedicated cache nodes that keep content in the chosen jurisdiction. This is a dedicated build, quoted per project.

Is there a testing period?

Yes. New projects start with a 14-day testing period on real traffic at $5 per TB, with the $25 monthly minimum waived, so you pay only for what you actually deliver.

Questions buyers ask about CDN delivery in Europe

BlazingCDN serves European users at 27 ms average latency and 1.12 Gb/s, measured June 2026 on a 100 MB HTTPS download. Europe costs the same as the US and Asia: $5 per TB down to $2.50, with no regional multipliers. Contracts and invoices come from an EU company headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

On BlazingCDN, 50 TB of European traffic costs $215 a month (as of October 2026), the same as 50 TB in the US or Asia. The progressive tiers apply everywhere: $5 per TB for the first 5 TB, $4.50 up to 25 TB and $4.00 up to 100 TB. No regional multiplier, request fee or per-feature fee is added.

For example, an e-commerce marketplace serving product photos and banners across EU markets pays $215 for 50 TB whether shoppers are in Lisbon or Helsinki. At 100 TB the total is $415. At 200 TB it is $765. Charges are quoted net of VAT, applied under EU rules for the customer’s country, with reverse charge for businesses. The monthly minimum is $25 and covers the first 5 TB. Instant purge keeps catalog images current when prices or products change.

BlazingCDN averaged 27 ms latency and 1.12 Gb/s download speed in Europe, measured June 2026 on a 100 MB HTTPS download. On the same test, North America averaged 24 ms and 1.11 Gb/s, and Asia averaged 47 ms and 761 Mb/s. Real figures vary with the local network, so run the 100 MB test file from your own users’ locations.

The network uses Anycast routing with built-in failover, NVMe SSD servers and a 96%+ average cache hit ratio. Origin shield reduces trips back to your origin. HTTP/2, IPv6 and TLS 1.3 are supported, with gzip, Brotli and zstd compression. HTTP/3 is not offered. For example, a SaaS vendor serving JS bundles, fonts and update manifests across the EU gets one cache configuration for every market. Traffic spikes around a news story are absorbed at the edge instead of the origin.

Yes: BlazingCDN offers EU-only caching through GDPR Cache Servers, a dedicated build quoted per project. Those nodes keep cached content, logs and support access inside the chosen jurisdiction. The data centers are named in the agreement before the build, and content does not fail over to a node outside the agreed region.

Under GDPR, the customer stays the controller of delivered traffic and BlazingCDN acts as the processor. For account data such as registration, billing and support, BlazingCDN is the controller under its own Privacy Policy. Shared traffic stays on the published tiers, $5 per TB down to $2.50 (as of October 2026). For example, a health publisher can pin patient-facing files to EU-only nodes and serve marketing images on the shared network. The CDN GDPR page lists roles and data categories. An engineer replies within 3 business hours to scope a residency build.

Yes: BlazingCDN contracts and invoices from its headquarters in Warsaw, Poland, under the laws of the Republic of Poland. For an EU finance team, that means an EU supplier on the vendor list, with no non-EU entity to onboard. Charges are quoted net of VAT and applied under EU rules for the customer’s country, including reverse charge for businesses. Payment works by card, PayPal or bank transfer, with monthly invoices in the panel.

Onboarding takes about one hour with an engineer, and a KYC check is completed before production traffic. The 14-day testing period runs on real production traffic, with the $25 monthly minimum waived during those 14 days (as of October 2026). For example, a German media group can test on one hostname, then add the signed agreement to its vendor records. No long-term contract applies, and billing runs pay as you go or monthly.

When a BlazingCDN edge node in Europe fails, Anycast routing with built-in failover sends requests to the next healthy node without a DNS change. Routes are re-evaluated in real time from more than 50 signals per request. Origin shield sits between the edge and your origin, so a burst on a cold file reaches the origin through one shield layer instead of every edge node.

BlazingCDN describes reliability by mechanism rather than by a percentage. BlazingCDN can also run as a second CDN behind your DNS with a weighted split, so an outage at one provider is covered by another route. For example, a news publisher can keep its primary CDN and send 10% of European traffic to BlazingCDN as a warm standby. The standing cost of that route is the $25 monthly minimum (as of October 2026). Measured June 2026, Europe averaged 27 ms on a 100 MB HTTPS download.
