What 100 TB of video costs

Progressive tiers work like tax brackets: each rate applies only to the traffic inside its range. Requests, HTTPS, custom domains and origin shield are included, and the rate is the same in Europe, Asia and America.

CONTENT PROTECTION

Protecting paid content

Media libraries leak through the link and the player, not through the network. Every control below sits on the zone, so it works the same for VOD files and live segments.

Signed URLs

An HMAC signature with an expiry, validated at the edge. When the window closes, the link stops working, and your entitlement logic stays in your own application.

Token auth and IP binding

Bind a URL to one IP, cap how many IPs may use it, and check cookies, standard or extended. Useful when one paid account is shared around.

Referrer, user-agent and geo

Allow and block lists per zone, by country and by source, with a Googlebot bypass so indexable pages stay indexable.

DRM segments and HTTPS

DRM-encrypted segments are delivered and cached encrypted; key delivery and licensing stay on your side. Insecure requests are refused.
