How a CDN fits GDPR
A CDN caches and serves your static objects: your company decides what is delivered, and the CDN follows those instructions. You stay the controller of that traffic and we act as the processor. When data must stay in the EU
Where residency is a hard requirement, GDPR Cache Servers keep cached content in the chosen jurisdiction on dedicated nodes. Cached content, logs and support access stay inside the EU, written into the agreement with the data centres named before the build, and content does not fail over to a node outside the agreed region. A dedicated build, quoted per project.
