Terms of service can be found here:
Terms of Service are rules that users must agree to be bound by to use the service. The Terms of Use are often referred to as the Terms of Service, Terms, or Website Disclaimer. This agreement sets out the rules that users must agree to to use your site.
In general, almost every terms and conditions agreement should contain the following clauses:
- Introduction.
- The right to amend the contract.
- User guidelines (rules, restrictions, requirements)
- Copyright and Intellectual Property.
- Government law.
- Disclaimer of Warranty.
- Limitation of Liability.
When a software or internet service provider attaches terms to these items, those terms are called terms of service. In the digital world, ToS is standard. Before you start using the software, you usually have to agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Regulations. The terms of service can be used with virtually any software, such as graphic design programs and word processors. One of the main reasons a website requires a Terms of Service is that it can help prevent abuse. The ToS agreement also enables you to maintain ownership of the content.
