Contact with BlazingCDN
There are several tabs on the BlazingCDN home page that allow you to contact online.
We can select the Contact us button in the upper right corner of the screen and the footer to go to the form. The footer also includes an e-mail for direct Contact:
The contact page contains contact details for the sales department and technical support. We will also find official company data and a contact form there. There is also a box on the right with the details about the customer service person (you can run a chat). The same window appears in the form of a pop-up when scrolling other subpages. Of course, the company can be contacted via social media.
Your email and contact details on the BlazingCDN platform
During the set-up of an account at BlazingCDN, an e-mail and password are required. The selected e-mail will be the primary one in the newly created account. If you want to change any data, go to the settings in the profile.
However, by clicking on the continuation without e-mail, the page takes us to the application form. We provide our personal data, contact telephone number, address, account type (private / company). In the next steps, the method of settling the service and Product setup is required.
If you want to change data in an existing account, log in to the panel.
- Log in to the user’s panel
- In the menu, go to the User Settings tab and then contacts
- We can edit the data of already existing IDs – contact name and personal data
- We can also add a new contact. A drop-down banner with fields to fill will appear.
