BlazingCDN DNSSEC protection

There is, of course, DNSSEC service at BlazingCDN. Domain Name System Security Extensions is nothing more than a package of extensions used in the DNS protocol. Their application allows increasing such factors as credibility or integrity of messages that come from the network. DNSSEC protects responses received from the Internet against their modification or artificial change of information about their source. This allows the user to feel secure about the authenticity of the data received (e.g., phishing attacks quite popular in recent years – here, the use of protocols causes no redirects to fake websites).

As we can see, the use of DNSSEC in BlazingCDN increases the security of using the DNS service for organizations and users. This mainly applies to the use of services with high data sensitivity – included medical, banking, or governmental

To manage your DNS zone, set your domain’s NS records to ns1.blazingcdn.net, ns2.blazingcdn.net. How to do it? Log in to your customer account and find the Anycast DNS section in the menu.

 

 

Select Zone list and then the DNS list you are interested in.

Enable the DNSSEC protection slider and then the ltTTL value and click Apply.
